About the Event
What is it?
This is the long-awaited follow-on retreat to the original mother-daughter day.
This nourishing and creative retreat-day for girls (approx 12 -15 years) and their mothers/elder females, takes a deeper exploration into periods, menstrual-cycle issues, hormones and emotional-regulation.
This day is all about diving into the challenges the girls face in this chapter of their lives and finding easy-to-understand and implement ways to create space, balance and self-esteem in such a busy modern life.
Where is it?
The full-day workshop is held in the very beautiful Oak House Studio at Hatfield House in Hatfield, Hertfordshire (See pictures and website https://www.theoak-house.co.uk/thestudio).

Lunch provided for both Mother and Daughter. Please ensure that all dietary requirements are placed in booking form. You will get to order from a choice of dishes nearer to the retreat date.
