A space to express and explore the many themes that come from being a mother to a girl navigating the pre-puberty/puberty and teen years.
A sharing circle in non-judgement and compassion.
An online space to be witnessed in our truth in a safe space, to enable us to move forward and navigate the issues at hand with resilience, self-compassion and strength.
To be heard, to be witnessed in shared experience is healing.
Let us nurture and heal our own inner girl, whilst breaking the cycles of generational-trauma as Mothers of girls.
