What is it?
A perfect opportunity for you and your daughter to spend quality-time together in a meaningful and enriching way whilst gaining clarity over how to support yourself and your daughter as she journey's through puberty.
Where is it?
The full-day workshop is held in the special Frimhurst family House. The house has a unique history of supporting supporting adults, children and young people living below the poverty line. Set in nine acres of wooded parkland beside the basingstoke Canal in Surrey, Frimhurst is a Victorian manor house with wheel chair access and superb facilities.
Who is running it?
Nicola Gibberd is a drama-trained, past teacher of English Literature for Secondary and A-level students. Nicola has a passion for nature, women's bodies, cycles of nature and the menstrual cycle. Nicola is the founder of the Red Tent women's support and talking circle in Frimley, and she has been supporting…
