What is it?
The Menstrual-cycle is often known as the '5th vital sign' in health. This nourishing and creative retreat-day for girls (approx 12 -14 years) and their mothers/elder females, takes a deeper exploration into periods, menstrual-cycle issues, how the nervous-system is linked to hormones and self-empowerment. We will make natural skin-care together and connect to other women and girls in a beautiful day of self-care.
Where is it?
The full-day workshop is held in the very beautiful Oak House Studio at Hatfield House in Hatfield, Hertfordshire (See pictures and website https://www.theoak-house.co.uk/thestudio).

This ticket includes a full-day pass for both mother and daughter to attend the retreat. £150 (£50 deposit required), Remainder to pay in 2 instalments of £50 before the retreat day.
